If you want our Yearly Standing Order Option, please indicate this (and any other important information you want us to have) at the bottom of our Secure Order Form, and your order will be renewed automatically each year.

1. For each different issue you order, click on "Add To Order" and the item will appear automatically on your order form. Fill in the number of copies you want, as the order form instructs. Then for each additional back issue you order, click on "Continue to Shop," to return to this page and add additional items to your order.

2. When finished, follow the instructions given on the order form.

3. New York State Residents are subject to NY State Sales Tax.

4. If you are ordering copies to be shipped outside the United States:
additional shipping costs will be added by Travel Industry Publishing Company Inc. as follows: Canada and Mexico $9.00, $2.00 each additional copy, all other countries $12.00; $3.00 each additional copy.
